About Us:

Mihee has performed piano throughout her life, went to college for a piano performance major , and received a masters degree for piano performance. Her mentor, a well-known piano technician in suburban Detroit, introduced her to the field of rebuilding and maintaining pianos; she immediately fell in love with the complex, yet  mysterious, mechanisms of these instruments. Mihee has been working at Steinway, Yamaha, and Kawai piano dealers for the last 15 years, thoroughly specializing her skill set through the Steinway factory trainings and the Yamaha Little Red Schoolhouse trainings. Not only does she completely  understand the ins and outs of all types of pianos, but she--as a pianist herself-- understands the fine delicacy of the key touches that makes a world of a difference for even the most amateur of pianists. These rigorous trainings & experiences provided her with opportunities to work on preparing concert pianos for world renowned pianists, including Lang Lang.
