About Us:
Founded in 2014 as M.T. Cowell Piano Services, the Great Plains Piano Company is the largest piano service business in the region. Servicing Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of piano services from uprights to concert grands and our rebuilding shop offers custom restorations, historical preservation, and routine factory recommended maintenance using the best tools and supplies available to the piano industry.

In 2019, we expanded into a retail location in historic University Place in Lincoln, NE. It features a piano gallery, a woodworking shop, a piano restoration facility, and a complete inventory of piano parts and accessories.
In 2021, we placed a full time technician into Omaha to service our many local institutions and professional musicians, and welcomed many new clients from Iowa and Kansas in 2022.
